Project #5 Process

I really enjoyed every step of this project. It was fun figuring out how to work with the unusually-shaped wood panel, but it ended up working really well with my idea. Experimenting with the different layouts of the swimmers and how they each should look was interesting, and I am very happy with how each one ended up looking. The most challenging part of this project was simply figuring out how to best work with the material; from having to draw at awkward angles to playing around with different orientations, I had to try out some different strategies for creating this work. Through this project, I was able to continue improving my craft while changing the way I portray the same subject, and I am proud of the result.
