June Dynamic Duo

During the month of June, I began planning for both of my Dynamic Duo projects. Although neither actually got started, I went back through my play pages and my Fantastic Four projects to start thinking about what I might like to focus on for my two bigger projects. For my head idea, I want to look at the idea of exhaustion or burning out; that was a big take away I had from my Fantastic Four projects, and as it's something I can really relate to, I think it would be cool to make work about it. I want to do mixed media for my works, so I was thinking about having a diamond or something that resembles I diamond, as they show how beauty and wealth come from immense pressure. For my heart project, I definitely want to focus on music. In the future, I would love to think about a series of works that show how love is expressed through song lyrics, or at least how I interpret specific song lyrics. I think that this project could also be mixed media, though I would like for it to be less structured than the other piece. I plan to start both pieces in July, and hopefully I will make good progress by the end of the month.
